1. About Us
These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by Cre8ive Marketing Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales (Company No. 10953603), whose registered address is 8 Westwater Crescent, Hampton Vale, Peterborough, PE7 8LT. References to “we”, “us” or “our” refer to Cre8ive Marketing Limited.
2. Services
We provide digital marketing services including website design and management, social media management, content creation, property marketing, drone services, and app design. By engaging our services or using our platforms, you agree to these terms.
3. Use of Our Platforms
When you authorise our applications (including Cre8ive Hub) to access your social media accounts on platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok, you grant us permission to manage content on your behalf as agreed in your service contract. You may revoke this access at any time via the respective platform’s settings.
4. Social Media API Access
Our internal management platform uses official APIs provided by social media platforms. By connecting your accounts, you acknowledge that:
- We will post content, read analytics, and manage your pages/profiles as instructed by you
- Your access tokens are stored securely and used solely to provide your agreed services
- We will not share your tokens or account data with third parties
- You remain responsible for ensuring all content you provide complies with the relevant platform’s terms
5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and materials we create for you remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to you unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Payment
Payment terms are as set out in your service agreement or invoice. We reserve the right to suspend services where invoices remain unpaid beyond 30 days of the due date.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cre8ive Marketing Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice unless otherwise stated in a specific contract. On termination, we will return or delete any data held on your behalf within 30 days.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
