My site is not built on WordPress. Can you still manage it?
We specialise in managing WordPress websites, as they most often require hands-on technical maintenance. For closed-platform sites like Wix or Squarespace, the platform itself handles core updates and security. We can often still provide services like content updates, SEO, and marketing support for these platforms.
What happens if my website gets hacked?
If your website is under our management plan and gets hacked, we will fix it for free.
This is one of the biggest benefits of having a professional management plan. We’ll use our clean backups to restore your site to a pre-attack state.
How often are backups made, and how long are they stored?
We perform automated daily backups that follow the 3.2.1 backup method, keeping three copies on two media types, with one off-site.
30 days worth of copies are kept and this ensures rapid recovery from any issue.
What can I use the development hours for?
You can use your monthly development hours for small updates such as updating text or images, adding products, small design tweaks and adding new pages.
Alternatively you are able to bank your unused development hours and pull them together for larger development such as website redesign.
How do I request support or report a problem?
If your are on the basic package then an e0mail, call or WhatsApp is fine.
Alternatively if you are on our standard or premium package then you will have access to a support dashboard where you can request support and keep track of open requests.
